Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment confirmation. We’ll also honor your first refund request—no questions asked.

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, BLAZE ACTIV8 LTD makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.

14. Billing

BLAZE ACTIV8 LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order and to set limits on the quantity of products or services purchased per individual, household, or order. Accepted payment methods include Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and account information and agree to promptly update such details as necessary to ensure successful payment processing.

By subscribing to any service, customers explicitly authorize BLAZE ACTIV8 LTD to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to their chosen payment method. Subscription fees are automatically billed on a monthly recurring basis in accordance with the selected plan: Pro plan at €49.99 per month, Business plan at €69.99 per month, or Enterprise plan at €89.99 per month, unless the subscription is canceled by the customer in line with the applicable cancellation terms.

BLAZE ACTIV8 LTD retains the right to pre-authorize, validate, and process renewal charges using the payment information provided by the customer.

The company may offer promotional discounts on memberships and services, typically ranging between 30% and 60%. Introductory discounted pricing is available exclusively to new customers upon first registration. Under special promotional conditions, subscription plans may be offered at a reduced monthly rate, with a minimum price starting from €9.99. Customers may also be eligible to renew services at discounted rates within five, seven, or fifteen days from the invoice date. In certain instances, BLAZE ACTIV8 LTD may provide additional long-term or lifetime savings opportunities.

Any refunds, where applicable, will be handled strictly in accordance with the company’s Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
